pTools - GTEC Stand 326
Oct 14, 2011Next week 17 to 20 October, we'll be exhibiting at GTEC, Canada's Government Technology Event, Ottawa Convention Centre, Ottawa. The stand number is 326 and we're just opposite the BlackBerry/RIM, that other well known Canadian outfit!
The theme of this years GTEC conference is ‘Connected Government – Working Better to Serve Canadians’, and we'll be showing our work for both Canadian and Irish customers to support this.
For those of you who intend to join us at GTEC we will be attending a reception on Monday 17th hosted by the Irish Ambassador to Canada, Ray Basset. This is a reception for our guests at the Ambassador’s residence in Ottawa.
But the main thing is to meet Andy and Dee at the stand. It's both an opportunity and an honour for us to be launching our Canadian operation at GTEC and these first initiatives and exhibitions are so important.

Tom Skinner is Managing Director / CEO of pTools Software. Before joining pTools he worked with LG Electronics and the Irish Board of Trade in product development. Tom's work with pTools ranges from business management to sales as well as working closely with the new product development team. He helped design, develop and deploy the very first pTools CMS solutions in 1997 and has worked on every phase of company and product development since. Married with two children he lives in Dublin.
