Enterprise Ireland (EI) is the government agency responsible for the development and world-wide promotion of Irish business and international trade. EI's mission is to accelerate the development of world-class Irish companies to achieve strong positions in global markets resulting in increased national and regional prosperity. Through their extensive network of 10 Irish and 31 international offices, they work with clients to assist them to compete and to grow.

Enterprise Ireland required a high-level enterprise CMS for the redevelopment of the main business website and multiple international websites providing support, self-service customer pre-qualification, application procedures and services for Government supported entrepreneurial and start-up businesses under the direction of Department of Trade & Enterprise.

AXA

AXA, part of the world's largest general insurance firm 'AXA Group', with over 30 insurance and asset management companies worldwide. AXA Ireland sells general insurance in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and is Ireland's second largest insurer and the largest motor insurer with more than 30 per cent of the private car market. As part of AXA's eBusiness development strategy AXA Ireland was selected to lead the development of a new claims management system that would use online technologies to streamline business processes.

pTools was chosen to deliver the AXA online claims and transaction content management solution for solicitors, called AXA ATLAS. ATLAS streamlines the claims process, eradicates the paper trail, and guarantees compliance for the solicitor claims process.

Lincolnshire Police Force

'Lincolnshire Constabulary' was established by the County Police Act of 1839. Following the passing of the County and Borough Police Act of 1856, the Lord Lieutenant of the County called a meeting of the Magistrates to take the Act into consideration.

Lincolnshire Police has a current strength of over 1200 police officers, traffic wardens and over 800 civilian police staff. The police force serves a population of 646,000 and one of the largest geographic areas in the UK with a beat of 2,284 square miles. The main centre is Lincoln, a city with a population of 100,000, and, with its cathedral, castle and history is a busy tourist area.

Health Service Executive

The Health Service Executive (HSE) was set up as part of the provisions of the Health Act, 2004 and is responsible for providing Health and Personal Social Services for everyone living in the Republic of Ireland. The HSE provides thousands of services delivered through four Administrative Areas - 32 Local Health Offices and 8 Hospital Networks. It is the largest organisation in the State, employing over 120 thousand people, with a budget of €14.7 billion, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

HSE deployed pTools as part of the organisations enterprise content management strategy to deliver information to the organisation of over 120 thousand staff. pTools software delivers enterprise content management for the HSE Intranet/Internet/Extranet platform.
