pTools Software Acquisition of Audio and Data Analysis Company Wolfox AI
pTools acquires audio and data analysis company Wolfox AI as part of the further development of its Teravera AI Agent Management Platform

pTools Software has announced the acquisition of the business of audio and data analysis company Wolfox AI as part of the further development of its Teravera AI Agent Management Platform. The acquisition represents a further commitment to Teravera AI by pTools which is already deployed to many of the company’s Financial Services and Government clients. Wolfox AI was founded in 2024 by Leo Sex and Misha Vaganov and has rapidly developed within audio automation and data analysis for client firms and individual business users in Financial Services.

Adoption of Wolfox audio and data analysis
Integration with pTools / Teravera Platform
Enterprise support of Wolfox customers
Integration of Wolfox software team
Launch of new data analysis services

Wolfox clients will now be supported by pTools’ global support team based in Bangalore and solution delivery team in Dublin. No change to client software services will otherwise occur and transition of infrastructure and application software is expected to take a number of months.
