The Challenge: A leading global bank provides a Learning and Talent Development Platform that enables employees to assess their skills, identify gaps, and upskill through training programs or Modules. Employees are required to complete a quiz and give themselves a rank or score out of 10, which then evaluates their current level and are typically presented with a broad list of modules or training programs to choose from.

Integrated via a secure API into Client’s Learning and Development platform, the assistant interfaces with their CMS and other internal systems.
It understands unstructured prompts, delivers clear and structured responses, and evolves continuously by learning from user interactions over time, making it smarter and more effective.
These two AI-driven solutions also reduced the workload of the staff as the system is self-sufficient to meet employees' requirements.
